On April 27, 2026, the sponsor and CRO team joined HMRG's investigators and coordinators on site for the initiation visit: protocol and procedure training, systems access checks, a walkthrough of our monitoring rooms and secure drug storage, and investigational product handling. The visit is the last formal step before a site is cleared to screen.
Two weeks earlier, Dr. Richard Tytus attended the program's investigator meeting in Copenhagen. The initiation visit is the site-level counterpart — the whole team, trained on the same protocol, in the rooms where the study will actually run.
Next milestone: site activation, which followed on May 4.
