Stay on our radar.

We’re a small clinical research site, and we don’t hire often. But when a role does open, we’d rather start with people who have already introduced themselves than with a stack of strangers.

How hiring works here

Small team, occasional openings.

There are a couple of dozen of us at 304 Victoria Ave N. We don’t run a constant hiring pipeline. A role opens when a study starts, someone moves on, or the site grows. That might be twice a year.

Open roles are posted on Indeed, and anyone can apply. Before that, we check the introductions we’ve been sent. When a role opens, we look at this list first. We won’t email you updates or add you to anything.

The kinds of roles that open
  • Clinical research coordination Study visits, source documents, working with monitors.
  • Nursing RN, RPN, and nurse practitioner roles.
  • Administration and front desk Reception, scheduling, patient contact.
  • Data and regulatory EDC entry, REB submissions, essential documents.

Research experience helps, but it isn’t the only way in. Several people here came from clinic work, hospital wards, or the front desk and learned the research side with us.

1

You introduce yourself

A short form: your name, how to reach you, and what kind of work you’re looking for. Attach a resume if you have one handy. No account to create.

2

We keep it on file

Your details sit with our operations manager for up to 24 months. We don’t sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.

3

A role opens

When one does, we look here first, then get in touch with the people whose interests match it.

Introduce yourself.

We keep your name and interests on file. When a role opens that matches, we get in touch. Apart from one confirmation email, we won’t email you in the meantime. If you’d rather just be told when we post something, follow us on LinkedIn instead.

A resume is welcome but optional. Attach a file or paste a link, whichever is easier. If we get in touch about a real role, that’s when we’ll ask for the rest.

Choose a file from your computer or phone. PDF, Word, RTF or plain text, up to 5 MB.

If you’d rather not upload a file, a link to your resume or LinkedIn profile works just as well.

You’ll get one confirmation email so you know this arrived.
